Dermame.com guarantes to refund for any item purchased from website on returning the item on with proper valid reason before 14 days after purchase.
To Apply for the return or refund or replacement follow the steps below
- Check the Date of Purchase and make sure the Date of Purchase is not older than 14 days
- Make sure the products are in original condition before arrival.
- Dermame will not accept the damaged products to return.
- For damaged products on arrival, customer should report this right to the delivery person or within 30minutes of delivery to our customer service number: +971564008692.
- For online paid orders, and any cancellation of the same order, Dermame process the refund on request by the customer.
- Online paid refund will take 2 to 3 working days to process by Dermame Finance team. Bank promises the refund process to complete within 2 to 15 working days.
- Dermame promise the partial refund incase the customer cancel any part of the invoice which may subjected revise by finance team.
- If the customer cancel any one of the item in an order with Discount applied, Dermame will refund the money accordingly. Discount after cancelling the partial no. of items may depend on the Discount conditions.
- Delivery charges will be applied for the orders below 100 AED, once the partial item cancelled by the customer.
